Draped in robes that shimmer like sunlight on water, the Guilded Wizard resides in New York, in the upcoming third book. He is a blend of joker and Wayseer, a bridge from the world of bright lights and underground chaos of the city, to the placid lakes, peaceful forests and expansive mountain ranges of northern Traegonia.

He struggles to remember the fragments of his former self, when he is tasked to work with a group of deviant Traegons, who left the original Village to forge a shadow world and strong hold in the towering edifices and underbelly of Time Square. Learning to survive not by working together, but by thieving and pilfering from humans. Building things from garbage and discarded items that they use to move around the city, unseen by humans and just to survive. From what was once working together for the good of the whole has now been replaced with a world of power, fear and greed. Traegons are forced to work for the powerful just to survive. The Guilded Wizard remembers in glimpses what he was sent there to do as he too survives by working for the new ringleader.

He becomes the entertainment to I Master Grizlak and his underlings, everyday loosing himself to the suffocating world, where dark shadows and twisted whispers keep him ensnared in their grim realm. Until Dino, Karia and Juna arrive and slowly help to lift the veil that has cloaked his mind and obscured his purpose. He will be required to once again become a master Edgewalker and bring light to his original work, retrieving those who long for the old life of home.
